Julia Bondesson

Julia Bondesson works with sculpture and performance. Her sculptures are carved from wood using traditional tools and techniques. Sometimes they take the form of marionette-like bodies that figure in her choreographies as willing recipients, brought into motion and a will of their own by the artist’s touch and attention.
